Pricing.

Pricing can vary based on a number of factors such as date, size, etc. It may sound like this is open to a large range, but it also allows some flexibility. Contact us for more information and to determine if our venue fits your vision and budget.

Availability.

Rental of the barn is seasonal, starting in May and ending in October.

What’s Included.

The rental fee includes exclusive use of the historic barn, farmhouse and the 100 acres of outdoor space surrounding the barn. Available ceremony locations include fields and woodlands as well as inside the barn. Firewood for a bonfire, lawn games, farmhouse tables, 150 Resin white folding chairs, a dance floor, luxury restroom trailer and a selection of decorations are available for use and included. What’s Not Included.

Event insurance is required to be provided by the renter. Catering, dishes, flatware, linens or tents are not included in the venue rental.

Capacity.

The barn can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Catering.

All food must be provided by a licensed caterer of your choosing. Alcoholic beverages may only be provided by a bartender or bartender/catering service with a valid NYS liquor license.

Access.

Included in the rental fee is access to the venue prior to and after the event.

Parking.

Plenty of on-site parking is available.

Vendors.

Services such as florists, photographers, wedding planners, officiates, music and rental of tents, linens, dishes or flatware are not included. Recommendations for vendors are available upon request.

Accommodations.

There are several options for accommodations for your guests. Our farmhouse on the property is available to rent as well as a number of houses in the surrounding area are available for rent. Ask us for referrals. A local bus company may be hired for shuttling guests to a nearby hotel of your choice. Finally, guests may camp on the property for a small fee.

Staff.

A staff member of Bluebird will be present and available during the entire rental period. We are happy to work with you to ensure you and your guests enjoy your time at Bluebird.
